APAC CLASS LEVELS:

PRESCHOOL-5TH GRADE:
CLASSES are divided into three groups:
Preschool, K-2nd, & 3rd-5th

6TH-12TH GRADE:
MUSICAL THEATRE/THEATRE are one group: 6th-12th
DANCE CLASSES (Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, & Tap) are divided into three skill levels:
Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2, & Advanced.
-Levels meet at the same time in different dance studios. -Placement is determined the first few weeks of the dancer’s attendance.
-Returning APAC dancers begin in the level they were in the previous year.
-Returning APAC 6th graders begin in Intermediate 1.
-Students new to APAC begin in Intermediate 1 and are placed according to skill observed during their first few weeks of attendance. Level placement is also determined by student’s behavior & diligent focus.
-Dancers are able to visit with instructors about skills needed per level.
-Dancers are able to move levels until November 1st.
