Payment must be received to reserve a spot. Spaces in each are limited and are given on a first come first serve basis. Once the registration form and payment have been received, the director will send an email & text confirmation. If your payment is received and the selection is full, you will be notified and your payment will be refunded. If you have a question or require assistance text 325-721-4884.
Online Payment
Fill out the information below to pay online and secure a spot. Once an item is added to the cart, you will be directed to a page where you can edit the cart and/or add more items.
Check Payment
Drop your check payment off in the mailbox outside of the APAC building or in the payment box in the office. Please clearly label the check with individuals name and the spring break/summer program.
Cash Payment
Drop your cash payments off (in a labeled envelope) in the mailbox outside of the APAC building or in the payment box in the office. Please clearly label the cash envelope with name and the spring break/summer program. APAC has protocols in place to safely transport and account for all payments placed in the outside mailbox. However, if you choose to pay cash and the payment is lost somewhere in transit, APAC has no way of tracking whether or not the cash was received.
